The multi-family residence on Niesenstrasse in Thun’s Seefeld neighborhood combines sustainable innovation with well-thought-out architecture: Designed by brügger archi­tek­ten ag of Thun, the building was seamlessly integrated into the neighborhood of stately townhouses, while the valuable existing tree canopy was fully preserved. A technical highlight inside is the installation of four efficient Joulia inline shower channels (3-pipe). The project was commissioned by the client, Prof. Dr. Lukas Rohr (lecturer at the Bern University of Applied Sciences).
