About us

From vision to standard

It all began in 2007 at the Biel-based innovation hub Creaholic SA. What started as a bold project became Joulia AG in 2010—an independent company with a clear mission: to make sustainability profitable in the construction industry.

Today, we are the global leader in shower water heat recovery. Our technology is already in use tens of thousands of times over and saves our customers millions in ancillary costs every year. Every day, we prove that ecological action and economic success go hand in hand.

Our goal is simple: shower drains with heat recovery should become the global standard. With Swiss precision and innovative strength, we transform every shower into a small power plant. So that saving CO2 not only makes sense, but also pays off.

Sustainability with impact

Real change starts in our showers. With our technology, we have already saved millions of kilowatt hours of energy and massively reduced CO₂ emissions. This measurable contribution to climate protection was recognized and promoted early on by partners such as the Swiss Climate Foundation. We prove every day that sustainability wins when it is ecologically radical and economically logical—for our customers and our planet.

We are a well-coordinated, complementary team with a clear mission: we make sustainability profitable.
